What can I track in the app?
You can track items such as appliances, HVAC systems, roof records, siding, rooms, utility services, smoke and carbon detectors, pools, spas, vehicles, documents, receipts, photos, and maintenance reminders.
Does HomeTrackr replace professional inspections or contractor advice?
No. HomeTrackr is an organization and reminder tool. It does not replace licensed contractor, inspector, legal, insurance, tax, or safety advice.
What should I do if something is not saving correctly?
Make sure you are using the latest version of the app. Then fully close and reopen the app. If the issue continues, email support with the screen name, what you entered, and what happened after tapping Save.
Can I use HomeTrackr for a rental property?
Yes. HomeTrackr can be helpful for move-in records, date-stamped photos, maintenance notes, equipment records, and move-out comparisons.
Can I request a new feature?
Yes. Feature requests are welcome. Email support with your idea and how it would help you manage your home or property records.
