DealTrackr — Privacy Policy

DealTrackr (“the app”) is a personal real-estate transaction and client tracking tool. Your privacy is simple to explain because the app is built to keep your data on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. DealTrackr does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The developer has no servers and receives no data from the app.

Data you enter stays on your device

All information you enter — transactions, clients, contacts, financial figures, notes, documents, goals, and settings — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage. It is included in your device backups (iCloud or encrypted local backup) under your own Apple account, governed by Apple’s privacy terms, not ours.

Permissions the app may request

• Calendar — only if you choose to add a transaction deadline or closing to your calendar. The app writes the event you request and reads nothing else. You can decline and the rest of the app works normally.
• Photos — only when you pick a profile photo or logo. The app accesses the single image you select through Apple’s photo picker; it does not browse or upload your library.
• Notifications — only if you enable reminders. Notifications are scheduled and delivered on your device.
• Files — only when you choose to import or export a CSV, or attach a document. The app reads or writes the specific file you pick.

Third-party services

DealTrackr contains no analytics, advertising, tracking SDKs, or crash reporting. It makes no network connections to the developer.

Sharing and exporting

When you use the app’s export or share features (CSV export, share production summary), you control where that data goes. Once you share a file, its handling is governed by the destination app or service you chose.

Children

DealTrackr is a professional tool intended for real-estate agents and is not directed at children under 13.

Data deletion

Because all data lives on your device, deleting the app removes its data. You can also delete individual records inside the app at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date.
